Agreement to Terms
Welcome to B&D Collision. By authorizing repairs at our Mesquite or Rockwall locations, or by using our website to schedule an appointment or get a free estimate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We believe in transparent pricing and clear communication, so we want you to understand exactly how we manage your vehicle’s repair process.
Estimates & Supplement Authorizations
The Stress of a Wreck: Getting a preliminary estimate from an insurance adjuster often leaves drivers confused about the actual cost of a collision repair.
Why Quality Matters: Initial visual estimates rarely account for the hidden, structural damage underneath the panels of modern vehicles.
How B&D Fixes It: The initial document you receive is a preliminary estimate, not a guaranteed final price. Once we disassemble your vehicle, our I-CAR Gold Class certified technicians will identify any hidden damage. We will file a "supplement" and provide full insurance claim assistance to ensure your carrier covers the necessary repairs to restore your vehicle to absolute factory safety standards.
Parts Policy & Advocacy
We advocate for the use of factory approved replacement parts to ensure the highest quality components are used. You will always be informed of the parts classification utilized in your auto body shop repair.
Payment & Insurance Claim Assistance
Our service advisors provide comprehensive insurance claim assistance, working directly with your carrier to process payments. However, the vehicle owner is ultimately responsible for all repair costs, including any deductibles, betterment charges, or unpaid supplements. Full payment is required before your vehicle is released from our facility. We accept major credit cards, insurance checks, and certified funds.
Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our elite technicians. B&D Collision provides a limited lifetime workmanship guarantee on all metalwork, structural frame repair, and paint services for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty does not cover rust, abuse, subsequent collisions, or normal wear and tear.
Vehicle Storage & Mechanics Liens
Once your vehicle's collision repair is complete, you will be notified promptly. Vehicles left at our facility for more than 48 hours after completion may be subject to daily storage fees. Under Texas law, B&D Collision reserves the right to hold a mechanic's lien on the vehicle until all outstanding invoices for labor, parts, and storage are paid in full.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive critical updates regarding your repair status, estimate approvals, and appointment reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP." We will never sell your data to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
While your vehicle is in our care, we take every precaution to protect it using secure lots and monitoring. However, B&D Collision is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles due to fire, theft, natural disasters, or other causes beyond our direct control. Please remove all personal belongings, toll tags, and valuables from your vehicle before dropping it off.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your collision repair will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dallas County or Rockwall County. Whether you are driving to us from Plano, Texas, or are right here in our hometown, your rights as a consumer are strictly protected under Texas law.
